Still posted below is the new desin for the Dope Lord. Redphantom apologizes for not
updating on Thursday, but the good news is that the late update can be blamed on the
fact Redphantom was working on the show rather than blogging about it. Episode Five,
the reworking of The Dope Lord has been writeen. It's
basically the same, Redphantom didn't mess with it's core, but he added extra stuff. A
new antogonist. A more sympathetic one, a subplot about Geek Force trying to study
crime and a running gag. It's also a much more quiet than Issue 19. The villain is not
a loud hick like the cops in Issue 19, now it's a female villain. Much more quiet and
protraying the more quiet, human side of the war on drugs. Now Redphantom is getting to
work on the epic two part Episode Six featuring an all new plot pitched exclusively by
Stephen the Grand and written, of course, by Redphantom. Stephen also contributed to
the plot concept for Episode Four which is all new, this time co-opting with Redphantom.
Episode Five is now titled, The Herder of Sheep. That's all the production news for now.

This is where we keep our scripts and other stuff.

This is the script for Episode Four, Redphantom's favorite thus far.

Our animators hard at work...don't come to my house stoned, Dustin.

Stephen is crazy, that's why we hang out with him.

Stephen breaking to eat a peach while we recorded audio.
Geek Force has been working on Geek Force, the Webtoon. The cartoon version of Geek Force, the Webcomic. We actually set out to make a cartoon first, but we wound up making a Webcomic when that fell through. Why work on a cartoon if we had to put our webcomic on haitus? Redphantom finds writing easier than making an entire webcomic every week. Redphantom is on the animation team, but he is not working on the art, so he finds it managable to still work on Geek Force, the Webtoon. Besides, Redphantom is behind schedule anyway. He certainly would not have time for the webcomic right now, he's been busy. That is the main reason we have kept Geek Force, the Webtoon under wraps. We really don't know when we will get it released. Still, it is a month from when we are due to start recording, so we have decided to go ahead and announce it. This page will be dedicated to keeping people up to date on production until we release the show. We are in production, we are working on animation. Though, we are new at animation, so we are still learning it. We recorded one scene with Redphantom and Jew Avenger. The rest we will record in November. Four Episodes are written. There will be Nine episodes total, with one, episode six, being a two parter. We plan to release seasons in two parts, one block of nine episodes and one block with eight. Both will have two parters. The two parters, for counting purposes, count as one episode.
Geek Force the Webtoon will focus on the first three story arcs of the comic in it's fist season. The first nine episodes will be reworkings of Geek Force webcomics with a lot of new material. Episode One takes inspiration from Issue 1 and Issue 20(It features Redphantom moving into his house). Episode Two is based on Issue 3 and Issue 5. Episode Two expands on Issue 3 by showing the Purple Man rob the donut store, by extending the scene inside the store by having Jew Avenger wreak havoc in the name of stopping the thief, and it expands on Issue 5 by showing Redphantom buying CDs to fix Gunman's computer. Episode Three is based upon Issue 8. It does not feature the gaming tournament. Plus it features Gunman being in Mr. Society's class and the rest of Geek Force trying to save him. It also has a nice subplot featuring Pimp Wizard. Episode Four is all new. Episode Five is based on the Issue 19, with a subplot about Geek Force robbing a bank to study crime. Episode Six, both parts are all new. Episode Seven is the gaming tournament, and may take inspiration from an as of yet undetermined issue from the Gaming Tournament Arc. Episode Eight will also be about the gaming tournament and may also take from another issue. Vincentius will be in that one, and Episode Eight will also draw from Issue 23. That character is an important one for the overall story of Geek Force. Then there will be a break, and episodes 9-15 will be about the Erebus Arc, Issues 25 and up. Then the show will go into the rest of the Erebus Arc, which was planned to run over 100 issues. After that, Geek Force, the Webtoon will continue with the main story, which was in the process of being setup. Redphantom has plotted out seven seasons, and hopefully we will get to produce them. If Geek Force, the Webtoon goes under, Redphantom will finish the story as a webcomic, hopefully with someone else on art.
Geek Force will feature Redphantom as the writer, with one story concept co-opted with Stephen, and one story concept completely conceived by Stephen, with Redphantom writing it. Redphantom likes Stephen's concept because it gives him room to go crazy with it. Redphantom, Stephen, and Dustin make up the animation department. With Dustin and Stephen focusing on the actual art, and Redphantom and Dustin doing the technical aspects of animation. Gregor Forest will be directing Geek Force, the Webtoon, with Redphantom producing it. All four members of Geek Force will be lending their voices to the show, along with additional actors. Which we hope to scout for shortly.
